Connect4263 was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: to bridge the gap between the neighboring communities of University City and Cabarrus County. Though adjacent, these vibrant areas often feel disconnected despite sharing economic and cultural ties.

I-85 Exits 42-48 serve as the primary gateways into University City—home to UNC
Charlotte, with over 30,000 students and major employers like Wells Fargo, TIAA, and
Vanguard. With an employment base exceeding 80,000 and a population of more than
50,000, University City is a dynamic hub of education, business, and innovation.

Exits 48-63 lead into Concord, Kannapolis, and Harrisburg—key areas of Cabarrus
County. With over 200,000 residents and a workforce surpassing 100,000, the region is
anchored by major employers like Eli Lilly, Corning, and Amazon, driving growth and
opportunity. Further, major tourist destinations like the Charlotte Motor Speedway and
Concord Mills – the largest outlet and value shopping center in North Carolina.
